A very nice 'Dentex' caught using the 'Jigging' method over rocky ground around 120 meters deep, a very productive way of fishing at certain times.
Amberjack, this one took a trolling lure when we where fishing close in for Wahoo, usually caught on the bottom with 'Jigs' or 'Live Bait'
'Pez Perro' which translates to 'Dog Fish' very much like a Wrasse.

A very good sized 'Weaver Fish'. They have a very painfull sting in the fins but the fillets are great to eat.
